HTC One Android 4.3 OrDroid Custom Rom with Sense UI 5.5 Install Tutorial

In this tutorial we will show you how to install the HTC One Custom Rom OrDroid which runs on Android 4.3 and uses Sense UI 5.5. To install the OrDroid Custom Rom you need a Bootloader Unlock, Root and a Custom Recovery like the ClockworkMod. HTC One Android 4.3 OrDroid Custom Rom Install Tutorial

1. Download the OrDroid Custom Rom and copy the file directly to the root directory of your HTC One internal storage
2. Power off your device and boot into the Recovery-Mode with the Button-Combo „Volume Down + Power“
3. In Recovery select „install zip from sdcard“
4. Select „choose zip from sdcard“ and select the OrDroid Custom Rom file that you copied in step 1
5. After the installation finished remember to format the Dalvic Cache in the Recovery Menu
6. Select „reboot system now“ to boot into Android. The first start can take a little longer so take your time
